Due North
Pine, grapefruit pith, snappy dry finish.
Pouring right now on tap #1
Tasting notes
Our compass beer and the reason a lot of people first walk in. Bone-dry and unapologetically bitter, with a wallop of pine resin, grapefruit pith, and orange zest over a lean two-row backbone. No haze, no sugar, no apologies — a West Coast IPA the way it was drawn up.
Pairs with
Spicy carnitas tacos, sharp cheddar, or a smash burger.

Good to know
Absolutely. We seal 32 oz crowlers fresh at the bar from any beer on tap, fill 64 oz growlers (bring your own clean growler or buy one from us), and stock 4-packs of cans in the cooler. Barrel and reserve bottles are sold on release days, often one per person.
No. Our beers are brewed with barley and wheat and contain gluten — they are not gluten-free or gluten-reduced. We always keep gluten-free options on hand for non-beer drinkers (house root beer, cider, and N/A choices). If you have a specific allergen question, just ask a bartender.
