Brewed once a year, within 24 hours of the Willamette Valley hop harvest. Whole wet Cascade hops trucked in at dawn give it a green, herbal, just-picked snap over a toasty caramel-amber lager base. Fall in a glass — and gone by Thanksgiving.

Roast turkey, butternut squash, or aged gouda.

Absolutely. We seal 32 oz crowlers fresh at the bar from any beer on tap, fill 64 oz growlers (bring your own clean growler or buy one from us), and stock 4-packs of cans in the cooler. Barrel and reserve bottles are sold on release days, often one per person.
